Checkin was at 4pm did not checkin until 5:30pm. Was told housekeeping did not have the room ready because supplier did not bring clean towels yet to place in the rooms. Was not offered to switch the room initially to speed up checkin. Waited over 1 hour then was asked if i would be interested in switching rooms. Was not made aware the key card operates the elevator during checking in thiught thd elevator was broke.

    Amazing views of the harbor

It was a great stay all n all. Amazing view of the entire harbor. I was super disappointed about the parking situation you have to pay upwards of $50 a day to park there also when I arrived the condition of the sheets on my bed was below standard I found brown stains on them as well being charged an extra $90 added on to the total I was told originally.

    Escape to Baltimore

A beautiful new hotel. Short walks in opposite directions to the action in Fells Point and the Inner Harbor. Room is comfortable and the harbor view was nice. Good blackout shades too. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the restaurant is excellent.

This was a last minute weekend getaway for me and my husband. The hotel was beautiful and harbor view from room was amazing. The food and drink prices are pricey but we expected that being down at the Harbor.

Will be happy to give them another chance.

The service team did try to make our stay lovely. Upon checking in, our room's toilet overflowed without anything more than a flush - no paper used. We reported the condition promptly and was offered a new room OR to have maintenance make a quick repair. It was 11PM at the time, and they said maintenance would be up quickly, so (not wanting to be a bother) we agreed to wait for maintenance. They tried to plunge then snake the toilet without luck. They then moved us to another room, which was about 11:45 PM. The new room was two queens and not the preferred king, as that was all that could be offered at the time. My wife and I accepted that, as we were very tired after have multiple flights cancelled that day. It all worked out, but I feel a toilet should be known to work before they check in a quest. Seems like the cleaning service, would have been able to check that, as I assume they cleaned and flushed the toilet before we checked in. We would stay here again, as the property is very nice and the service team did work very hard to make it all work out for us.

    It was…fine.

Pretty mediocre for what we paid. The room had damaged hooks for the towels. The lighting setup was confusing, and we’d have to hit the touch buttons multiple times just to get it working. It was like they’re so driven to look cool and contemporary that they forgot about comfort and ease.
