Pool is underwhelming
They did not clean our room. Room was very dark and a bit dated. Pool had very few umbrellas. Also, a large amount of the seats were reserved and the hotel wanted 100 dollars for each of them. We went to the pool at 11 and could not find seats at any of the 3-4 pools we visited. The pool photos on hotels.com are outdated - they show tons of seats and umbrellas. This is an inaccurate depiction.
