My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The staff is super nice and very helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean. The kids loved the pool. The hotel is in the perfect spot. You can walk to the beach or watch the sunset from the pool on the 6th floor. We are definitely coming back for another stay.

If you order food to room service or poolside snacks it should be covered, they carry the food open plate from kitchen to elevator to it's destination yuck, plates should be covered until they arrive. Restaurant food and service are excellent, i recommend dining there.

We had an issue with our first room with the humming noise. Wasn’t a problem because they moved us found us a much better room even bigger. The hotel staff was beyond wonderful especially Donna and the managers. I can’t say enough about them. The only advice is to the hotel you might want to upgrade those pool towels. I think it’s definitely time! Have been to this hotel in the past and will continue going. Thank you again for this stay!!!

My 10 year old said this was the best hotel ever! He loved the treasure hunt and the staff were amazing with him. He wants to come back. My wife and i also enjoyed the hospitality - the welcome champagne and sunset cocktails with a great set of music playing in the background. We didn’t know about the additional charge for parking but the valets were super nice. We did have a slight issue just before checking out when housekeeping entered our room without knocking. It was awkward but the front desk was apologetic. Overall we enjoyed the stay and hope to come back.

Excellent room and better than picture, Staff was very helpful getting us checked in. The young lady who worked weekends at the Starbucks breakfast bar was a real asset--very personable and helpful. One block walk to the beach and the in-and-out valet was helpful so we could unload beach gear then return the car and walk back. CVS is 1 block away. The upper deck pool/bar area was really nice. Plenty of shade in the bar area. We celebrated the sunset each night--as the view over the ocrean was amazing! There was a reggae guitar man who was great and the karaoke on Saturday night in that area was fun. The only ding was that the pool water was not cool or cold. Granted, it was hot, but having cool water for a refreshing dip is a must, Hopefully that will be corrected. Still gave it 5 stars, kind of like an A- , deducting for a very warm pool.

Overall our stay was good. The room was much smaller than we expected. There was not much floor space to open our suitcases or move around the room easily. The bathroom was large but provided minimal shelving to put our toiletries. The room would have been sufficient for maybe 2 people but definitely not conducive for two adults and two minors. The restaurant upstairs was good and the kids enjoyed the pool area. The chairs were a little dirty.
