Not only was everything clean and well stocked. So well stocked that I feel like I overpacked. It also has in unit laundry which was a huge plus. Full kitchen and dishes. No on-site parking but there is self parking across the street. Had no real issues with my stay. Can't wait to come back.

This was the ideal place to stay with a kid! It had a fully-appointed kitchen, washer & dryer, dishwasher, kitchen supplies, and sufficient towels and linens. The location was amazing - 10 mins from the beach, 5 mins from Harry Potter store/magnificent mile, 15 mins from river. There were also 3 grocery stores in the area so we always had what we needed. I enjoyed the balcony and the view - it was very relaxing. Looking forward to staying there again.

Great location, very secure, really nice views. Everything was smooth from accuracy of location, check in, everything in the apartments being as advertised, etc. There is an ALDI on site as well as Whole Foods right across the street and each apartment has everything needed to cook your own breakfast, make lunch, have snacks, etc. You have to steep coffee using special coffee bags, so don't waste money buying coffee grinds....not a big deal, just a heads up. Plenty of short walk options for coffees if you run out of the individual steep bags. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very helpful at the front desk. Walking distance to everything!! Great spot!!! Will rebook!!

This would be great for both short or long-term stays. Excellent location: near CTA station, several food markets (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Aldi in the same building), and great restaurants; both the river and the lake are within walking distance. As a highlight, the bedroom has a white-noise machine to help block out the city noise, which is minimal with the windows closed, and plenty of space for clothes if you were staying long-term. The apartment has a washer/dryer, the kitchen has all the essentials (but not all of the outlets worked), and there is a great view and balcony. The building has an excellent fitness center with machines, free weights, cardio, and space; there is also a library that would be a great place to work or study. The elevators require a key fob and a little patience at times; the bathroom shower curtain was too long (requiring care not to slip), and the bathroom vent was covered in thick lint, but the rest was very clean and the water pressure was excellent.

This was my first time staying at Kasa Magnificent Mile, and the experience exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. The location is so convenient and accessible to everything nearby. The team was incredibly friendly, responsive, and always available to help with any questions or concerns. The on-site staff was amazing as well—Nick was especially attentive, and the cleaning staff went above and beyond. What an amazing experience! I truly felt at home during my stay and will definitely choose this location again for my next visit to Chicago. Highly recommend!
