We have stayed here 4 or 5 times in the last few years. Always a clean room, hot shower and I feel safe. Location is great you can walk anywhere or get on a streetcar. Rates are always affordable. I will say it can get a little loud around 5am for trash pick up but it just maybe where your room is located.
