Wonderful staff made our stay so enjoyable.
I came to stay with my daughter for Christmas shopping. Reception staff (Kelsey) was very welcoming and friendly, and changed our room from a double to a twin-bedded room which was brilliant. In the morning staff at breakfast were very nice too, cheerful and accommodating to our needs. The staff were clearly well trained and very nice - a real asset to the hotel and made our stay there really enjoyable. Thank you. I'd definitely stay there again.
