I can’t express enough how wonderful this place was to stay in. The owners were wonderful! Very pleasant to talk to. Even though I didn’t speak the language, we had great conversations with Google Translate. The meals were fantastic. Having a private spa, both indoor and outdoor were amazing. In the area was a wonderful path to walk along the lake. For a 2 day stay, I was lucky enough to at least have one day with perfect weather, and was treated to breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing stay.

The host is friendly and very helpful. The double room is typical small as other traditional Japan hotel. It is clean but the smell in room is not very fresh.

A very clean and friendly property. It is located in a very good location, very close to the lake and walking distance to the bus terminal. The most attracting facility of this place is their bathrooms, which can be used privately. Breakfast is very delicious and coffee is avaliable 24 hours. Our family really liked this place and we will certainly visit there again.

たまたま予約した所が大当たり。ペンションを切り盛りする皆さんの対応がよく、お食事も美味しい。子供たちはさらにオレンジジュースやソフトクリームが付く！お代わりや食後のコーヒーなど声掛けもしっかりしている。卓球場があり楽しく、お風呂も清潔でうれしい。
