Not a very comfortable room. Window drafty and air conditioning noisy. Couldn’t get the room phone to work. Breakfast order was incorrect. Shower controls confusing.

Great Location for Royal Albert Hall
made this trip to go to see a concert at the Royal Albert hall and this hotel was excellently situated for both the underground and for the venue. great restaurants and pubs in the vicinity and some nice shops as well. very safe and clean area and no worries walking home after the show. great location for the museums as well. we will be back

Could do better
Thought this was a really nice hotel, with a really nice feel. However the breakfast in the morning was a bit chaotic, constantly running out of items and clean dishes. The man who I think was in charge, works very hard, and there were a lot of really good staff, but there were others who wandered trying to look busy, during my visit there seemed to be a lot of unhappy people. Our room was large, very nice and clean. If they could sort out the service at breakfast this would be an excellent hotel.

Mediocre.
Hotel was pleasant enough but the breakfast was an absolute shambles....Staff didnt seem to know what they were doing, tables left dirty everywhere, only hot bowls available for yoghurt and half the buffet items had run out and took about 15minutes to replenish....
