Hidden Hotel Around the Corner
It's comfortable, clean, quiet ambiance except for intermittent noise i.e..footsteps of adults, kids running on the floor above us but I commend Charissa for moving us to another room. Staffs are very friendly, courteous and helpful I also like to thank Apple for taking care of our essentials (towels/toiletries) on our last night. I wished the parking was complimentary with your stay!!!

Always a good night at the Hampton Inn
Was here for three days of doctor appointments at UCSF. Very easy access to highways. Staff was incredibly nice, grab-and-go breakfasts, while not the ideal (We miss the hot breakfasts pre-COVID), were just fine. Room was very clean. Air conditioner was a little dodgy, but we were able to opent he window a little at night for cool air. Most frustrating was the very loud occupants at 2am in the hallway, but that wasn't the hotels fault. This is our go-to hotel for San Francisco- Hampton Inn is always clean and confortable, and like we mentioned- the staff (the two males, especially) were very friendly and helpful on an already stressful trip.

Overall the stay was pleasant but watch out for the $14 parking fee they’ll charge you on top of the resort fee they are already charging.

Good but....
Good stay, no issues. Everything was clean and in good condition with a nice design. Service was good. Food was meh thanks to COVID. Location is decent, would be good for business travel. It just feels like the place needs something to stand out, it seems to be missing something.

It's clean, staff was great, typical Hampton Inn bed, hard. My only complaint is the TV needs to be upgraded. I recommend this hotel. I stayed here because it's close to the airport and I was flying out early.

Hi my name is Robert Horton I booked a room Friday 1/29/2021 I got their check in me and my girlfriend we meet once a month 30 minutes after we got in the room got comfortable they call and tell us the Hot water so for the expections not only was there no hot water there was no cold water there was no water. At all she had to go to work and I had a appointment smelling like two freaking beer sweating that was a bad experience I want my money back credit for another room I’ve tried to contact the manager left messages have the card her name is Alice Kumar General manager If I would have known that there would be no water at any time of my stay I wouldn’t have not booked unfair embarrassing
