    A paid customer get locked out in 95 degrees day

    Stay additional day and check with the hotel before we booked additional day. Got charged and came back with key change. The front desk will not rekey and waited in the hot day around 95 degrees for at least 40 mins. Rhode front desk was very rude and inconsiderate. Will never stay at red roof again

    Safety Issues

    The hotel was run down. I couldn’t find anyone to check me in for 30 minutes. There were loiters outside hotel room drinking, smoking marijuana and playing a boom box. I did not feel safe and I couldn’t find any staff. I did not check in!! I had to book the Holiday Inn Express for $160 per night. I would like Customer Service to contact me please.

    We got there expecting a no-smoking room other room we were placed in stunk like cigarettes. Requested another room. Next morning we put a do not disturb sign on the door and went out for the day we came back and somebody cleaned our room and did a bad job of it. Left dirty towels on the floor. But that's not the problem the problem does they should not have been in my room. I don't know if I'll ever go there again

    My stay @red roof inn + timonium

    When i first checked in staff was great got to my room bathroom smelled like weed floors were freshly mopped left on wed came back couldnt get into rm had to get a new key Ms. Goldie was superb her customer service was A1 she needs a raise then came thurs morning check out day i got to the office around 745 am or so said gm to the young lady no response said gm again still no response i said im checking out not 1 time did this young lady get up out of her seat and come to the window ask how my stay was or anything all she said you got a key duh of course i just said i was checking out she said ok in a very short annoyed tone you can just put the key in there no have a good morning,nice day nothing and she didnt look like she was dressed for work she look like she was dressed to stay at home and chill you cant train people to deal with the public and this young lady should NOT BE DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC IN THIS MANNER the only way i would tell some one to stay at that hotel is when ever Ms. Goldie is working because you will get the best customer service she should be the manager she has such a warm,cheery, caring, personality Hotels.com is a get over because they show these rooms with all the amenities and when you get there its not what you thought i had to go through some changes to get my rm upgraded but finally did all in all my stay was ok but not for a long period of time
