Nice service and good breakfast. The windows could be tighter, it was difficult to sleep because of the noise. There was 4 of us but we got only 1 tea bag and 2 mugs.

Not the best experience
Welcome at reception was great. Unfortunately only had rooms available on the 3rd floor which not an issue but the lift was out of order. Having stayed previously knew that the decor in the general area was rather tired. My own fault for not scrolling right down when reviewing where to stay as previously it was free parking so a bit of a surprise that you now have to pay £7.50 on top of your room rate which in my opinion should be included in the room rate or discounted with it being outsourced to another parking company. Food and drinks seriously overpriced. £5.40 for a can on Guinness! Not even a pint. Back to where I normally stay in future I think.
