Clubs and venues outside were VERY loud and disrupted our sleep several times through the night despite being on the higher floors! Room otherwise was nice, breakfast was well appointed and plenty of seating despite it being very busy. Parking is absurdly expensive and attendants were rude and unfriendly at best.

The location is central, pool and breakfast great. Rooms very dated. TV didn't work properly. We stayed for 3 nights and are beds and room were not cleaned or made up at all, they only came in to change the towels in the bathroom! There are washing machines and tumble dryers for guests to use, which is useful. Not the same level/standard as Holiday Inn Express in the UK.

Wonderful last minute stay
I booked this hotel laat minute because of a trip. When we arrived the staff was wonderful and pleasent. We went up to our room which was a non-smoking room and it smelled like smoke/vaping. We promptly went back to the staff explained the situation and they booked us a room, freshly cleaned, and non-adjoining so no more smoke problems. Not to mention love the Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Free breakfast was great too.

Meh
Pros: perfect spot to walk to almost anything in the city. Very convenient, felt safe around the area for the most part. Pool is nice and the gatekeeper was very friendly Cons: 1) facility is a bit dated 2) had to park in garage with another company associated w the hotel, guy was not nice and we had to turn over our keys. Garage smelled strongly of urine so setting our luggage down to load and unload was cringy. It cost $40 a day or something for this amazing service. 3) we asked for an “extra” towel (booked for 4 ppl, got 3 towels), and it took 3 tries over 2 days before we got it. Had to use a pool towel we smuggled to our room for this purpose. 5) Elevators were slow, one was down, waited 15 minutes one morning to get to the lobby and the stairs were “emergency only,” so that wasn’t an option. For what it cost, I expected more. But again, the location can’t be beat so depends on what you are looking for.
