More than Meets the Eye

Our one night stay at Sandrine's place was a lovely surprise; I wish we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was the best yet. The room was impressive. What looked like a regular apartment behind a fence turned out to be quite an amazing experience. The garden was lovely, the room amazing, and our host's knowledge of Aude region of France guided us to some sights we might not have otherwise seen. Truly wonderful.

はじめてお世話になりました。家族がここに集まり周辺の観光を楽しみました。 カルカッソンヌまで車で20分ほどで、周辺にも綺麗でかわいい村々が点在していて楽しいです。 (車がないと難しいですが) 大変気さくなご夫婦が経営されています。 朝食がついていて、バゲット、クロワッサン、フルーツ、チーズ、生ハム、ヨーグルトなどいただけます。ジャムはマダムのお手製で6種類ぐらいありました。どれも美味しかったです。 夕食は事前に申し込めばここで食べることも出来ます。ドリンクを含んだ料金で、周辺レストランよりも少しお得な感じでした。 それに後で気づいたので夕食は利用していませんが次回はお願いしようと思います。 プールもあるので街歩きに疲れたら泳ぐのも良いかも。お庭の木陰で猫が昼寝をしていてとても癒されました。 フランス語と英語での会話になりますが、最近ではアジア圏から予約が入るとのこと。 会話は携帯アプリで対応したりするとマダムが笑いながら話してました。 3泊4日、心地よく使わせていただきました！ また来ます！
