I had a lovely and clean, cosy room with a sea view. Staff were always friendly, the bar downstairs was nice to get a drink from and sit in the lounge. It's in the perfect location in Scarborough with everything you want within a short walking distance! I hope to stay again soon. Parking in Scarborough can be a little tricky unless you're prepaired to pay and use the long-stay car parks +which are expensive) but that's not the fault of the hotel!

Parking opposite the hotel perfect.Our room was lovely clean and comfortable. Breakfast good plenty of choice. My only issue was upon checking in there was no confidentiality the lady shared room numbers. We heard all details as others before us. We were a party of 3 adults. We had a beautiful room with two twin beds and a double sofa bed. The room was large and had 3 windows overlooking the sea. The bathroom had a beautiful walk in shower. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and would defiantly recommend it. We had lunch in the hotel too and that was lovely and value for money. Great location

The room was lovely and an added bonus that my step son got his own personal space with having the wall divide. The room was quirky ,cosy,well equipped and clean. Staff were very helpful and we were lucky to get Parked right outside the hotel which was £5 from 1:30pm for 24hrs. As our hotel had no entertainment we went to the Grand which was round the corner which we really enjoyed. If there was anything to improve I’d say a little entertainment would be nice but other than that the hotel was perfect .
