This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. First, the receptionist was missing for 40 mins. The call number for help just rang the front desk where we were waiting which was vacant. Myself and 9 other guests waited together to check in. When the receptionist finally arrived she said that my hotels.com booking wasn't valid even though I had a confirmation email and a charge on my credit card. Then she proceeded to tell me that my credit card was invalid and I'd have to use another one. I explained that I already paid but she told me that wasn’t going to work and she needed to charge the room and an incidental fee. I gave her another business credit card that I had used earlier that day. She said that it came up as declined with a fraudulent alert. We try again and same issue. She suggests that I call hotels.com to cancel my booking so she can charge me again using another payment. I explain how that doesnt make sense since I already paid for the room and I need to use one of my business credit cards since its a work expense. She still tells me to cancel the room. I call hotels.com customer service and my bank. Hotels.com explains that what she is asking for isn't possible or necessary. My bank looks at the charge attempts and sees that she typed in the wrong expiration date six times which caused the alert on both my cards! Two hours later I finally get checked into the filthiest room in the most rude incompetent staffed hotel I've ever been.

We have stayed here before. I believe a segment of the hotel is still under construction. Clean place, fresh coffee, clean rooms... beds were a bit too firm for my liking. Someone kept putting a sock on our door handle so that was a bit shady

It was clean but when we got there the attendant a you g man wearing a filthy black hoodie. Locked himself out of the front desk and had to hop over the counter. Go to our room it was freezing cold, only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel and wash cloth. 2 new rolls toilet paper but none in the dispenser. Keys did not work first 2 nights we came back. No housekeeping down during stay which i get with covid but we had to go to the desk to get towels each day. This should have been told to me on check in or had a sign post it.

There was a fist fight the first two nights we was here. They did comp us a half put together suite which the manager charged us more for when asked to continue our stay. Only reason we was gonna continue stay was the price, it fit our budget. I like clean windows, every window in this place looks like the picture. Every corner in the bathroom looks like the picture. Maid service was super unfriendly. In the room, it was fair. Comforters we’re not great. Thankfully we brought our own. Towels are the scratching type, thankfully we brought our own. No pool, no spa. The laundry room is broke down. So we had to drive and clean our towels and clothes.
