Nobu is a home away from home. Of course hotels elegance, cleanliness, bedding, design, location stand out… however, what stands out the most is the people that work in this establishment. From chef Marcin and chef Tomek who make the most delicious breakfast, to Yana and Jennie at the rest of crew in restaurant service that make eating at Nobu a special, high quality experience. To of course Jan, Norbert and Diana at the front desk … who every month greed me with a smile and warmth and professionalism. To cleaning crew who does a perfect job. The design of the building and rooms is very nice. The experience though otherwise was just okay. I think of staying at a nice hotel like this to have really amazing service and going above and beyond. This was average. We went for a drink in the sake bar one night and they didn't have any ingredients for any of the signature drinks? Or the bartender just didn't want to. Also didn't have wines on the list. It really was a subpar experience for something labeled as 5 star. Design is chic and nice but really isn't an experience, in my opinion.
