Just the kind of hotel we look for on a hiking trip. Great stay!

One night stay...left a day early.

A plug was cut and the light above the bed didn’t work. The cleaning person should have checked or noticed the light didn’t go on. Terrible coffee packets. The restaurant was closed for breakfast they only served lunch and dinner. Otherwise it was ok.

      Very nice place to stay.

Facilities were very nice. Their on the site restaurant was only open from 12 till eight (no breakfast) I’m sure because of the slow time of year and slowness due to Covid. The food was excellent.

      Worth it for the restaurant

Restaurant is fantastic! Due to Covid, keys are in an envelope taped to the door. No human interaction, which is fine with us!

This hotel has a good location, 10 minutes away from Bryce Canyon NO. It’s clean and spacious. Next door restaurant is nice and is a plus to the hotel. There are no service and no breakfast served during COVID-19 time.

    • 6.0.Good

      Good room, not particularly friendly

The room was fine; it was clean and had everything you basically need. Heater worked. Get your ice at night; the office is closed in the morning and that's where the ice is. Woman checking us in - presume it was the owner - was less than friendly. Just pushed a paper across the desk to fill out, never smiled or made eye contact. Just doing the job.

      Spend the extra money

Pictures on the website show a nice modern king room and an ok double queen room. But the furnishings weren’t nearly as nice as the staged pictures. No king was available according to the hostess, which wasn’t real pleasant. For $20 more I would have gone with the Best Western plus.

      Great for the night.

It was fast and easy to check in. Came during the off season so it was nice and quiet. We left super early too, so we could get in a full day of hiking. It served it's single night purpose. The room had a fridge and a microwave. The only complaint that I have is that the shower did not drain so you are standing in a tub full of water by the time you are done. Everything else was fine.

Had open rooms but did not allow early check in. Very disappointing after a long drive in cold snowy weather.
