This was one of my best hotel experience ever when it comes to service. I've been to 62 countries and stayed at lots and lots of 5 and 4 star hotels, and this service experience was really a top class experience! Staff was vert attentive and helpful. You could see that everyone walked the extra mile in order to keep all the guests happy. I recommend this stay also because of the great location!

Everything about my stay at Rove was spectacular!.....from the checkin with a choice of rooms (Ihed.....sorry if I have mispelt his name) to the service at breakfast, the guys cleaning the room, bus scheduling to the mall, access to the travel consultant eased the purchase of any tickets and the various areas to grab some time in the sun. It is a place that caters so well for families as well as the more 'mature' single traveller. It was just what I needed for an 'R&R' away for those 10 days.

This is our favorite hotel in Dubai. It’s an affordable beach resort. It has everything you want for a lovely vacation. The hotel is about 5 years old, very clean and very well maintained in all respects. All the staff are so friendly and service minded. The breakfast was very good and you could sit out on the terrace. Sun-beds next to the water and a beach bar. Also family friendly. In the evening it was nice to sit in the terrace having a drink and listening to live music. We stayed here last year and we hope to come back next year

All aspects of this Hotel (The entire layout, interior, location and team is perfect). Upon arrival we were welcomed and checked in efficiently. We requested a room On the highest floor (level 7) and received 2 entry cards for it. The room was cleaned and presentable to a high standard. And included fresh bedding, towels, fridge, balcony (sea view), the Smart TV can be paired with your phone for streaming apps (YouTube) the shower is a lovely size and everything about our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Everyday housekeeping would set our bed, empty bins and refills bottle water and replace disposable cups for tea. This was our 2nd time my Mum and I stayed here and we will certainly be back!
