Reccomended for the noise free neighborhood.
Excellent Hotel if you are looking to be in a quiet location. The hotel view is spectacular, but you need about 10 minutes walk from the nearest tube station. The hotel condition and cleanliness is excellent and the room in good state. Very helpful staff and with a good understanding of English

Convenient
It was an acceptable stay. The breakfast at a special price (half of the normal price) was good. It is pretty close to the Tsukiji fish market which is definitely a bonus. Unfortunately not many eateries in the evening for dinner

Nice rooms, a little bit of a walk
This hotel was nice- decent room size for Tokyo which is the main reason we chose it. It's a good 25min walk to the nearest JR line if you bought the JR pass. It's only a few minutes walk to the nearest metro line though. As far as being "in the heart of Ginza", you aren't. It's about a 10-15min walk to where you want to be for the shopping etc. It wasn't a bad location, but I would probably stay at a different hotel next time just for ease of walking so much to do anything. We had the JR pass and since it's so expensive, we wanted to use that. So there was a lot of walking involved for us where it would have been a shorter walk if we stayed closer to the heart of Ginza.

Good stay for business
All are good except a hidden-cost charge of "daily hotel accommodation tax" which was not shown when booked the hotel. May want to fix the issue
