Our room could have been cleaner. The food and service at Eriki was of very poor quality.

    Housekeeping and reception not helpful
The hotel itself is lovely. However the room we stayed in was a family room and was only set up for 2 people. We had to ask for towels for the children when we arrived. The next day on our way out we asked housekeeping to leave us 4 large towels. They left us hand towels for the children which meant they had to use hand towels for their shower. The shower in the room did not work properly we mentioned this on the first day reception staff said they would send someone to fix it for us the next morning (Sunday) after 9.30. Maintenance arrived at 7.30 and woke us all up. We asked him to come back later as we were all still in bed. He never returned. We were informed breakfast was until 11. We went to breakfast the next morning and the breakfast had all been put away as it finished at 10. The staff sorted out something for us to eat however, but not the full cooked breakfast etc we paid for. After all that had happened staff still charged us £32 for 2 days parking. This was refunded after speaking to the manager. The pool and leisure facilities are good and the food was nice. The hotel itself does not offer lunch but the coffee shop does a limited lunch menu. There is a shuttle bus to Heathrow from the hotel this is charged by the company not the hotel. We used this to go into London

    Terrible Flooring & Noisy Doors
People come to this hotel mainly for 1 nite stays when travelling thru Heathrow, with the balance for conferencing. Efficiency is of utmost concern. Your porter/baggage personnel urgently as well as all travellers require better flooring to move baggage onto. The newer wheels (spinners or rollers) are not rolling well at all on your cushy carpets and many travellers have very heavy laden bags weighing 50 to 70 pounds. Door closing on room doors shake neighbor room walls. Hall noise very bad. Food way too expensive. Starbucks coffee is too strong - what happened to Nescafé which use to be British couch coffee brand.

    Crown plaza Heathrow
My wife and I stayed at the crown plaza hotel as we had an early morning flight to catch. The stay was very comfortable and the location for the next morning made all the difference for a no pressured start to the day. It was a real pleasure staying there😊😊😊
