Room was not clean. Have stayed in Hilton garden regularly. This one was not so good. In the room we heard heavy breathing sound from air conditioning machine. As if there was a monster inside the wall.. No food included in the room price. It was disappointing to know have to pay 12$ per person to get break fast.

The “restaurant” didn’t have a cook and no food options after breakfast, with the breakfast mess still on the carpets. Elevators were equally messy and outdated. Hallways were renovated and nice, but room was very dated, especially the bathroom.

The property overall seemed very clean, but our room was a disappointment. It was over $200 for one night and was supposed to include breakfast. However, our room wasn't clean. There was sticky stuff on the toilet paper in the bathroom, and that was weird, though there was a second roll. But there were ants all over the counter in the room that got into the food we brought with us. We killed at least 30 during the short time we were there. And there was a fee for breakfast. Overall, the experience was a disappointment.

The hotel was fine. Staff was friendly. Our toilet wouldn’t flush properly, but we managed ok. The pool is a bit small and being indoors, there is nothing to ground the sound, so on the night we were there, a number of teenagers were using the pool and their voices carried making it an unpleasant experience as I couldn’t hear my children who were right next to me. However the following morning we had the place to ourselves and it was very nice.

Room looked dirty. My pillows were extremely flat. One bed in the room was really soft & the other too hard. I didn't find the staff accommodating at all. Breakfast was to be included & then they told me at breakfast it was an extra 8.95 for a bowl of fruit loops. I will never stay here again. Dogs barking & the floor looked as though it hadnt been vacuumed in a while. I am still upset about it.
