Roseate House London

This has got to be worst hotel I've ever stayed at.. We stopped in room 607, if you ever get offered this room, refuse it, you view is a brick wall, which wasn't even painted. The room is small and a little dark. The bathroom is the best thing about this room with a deep bath, however, you will have the tap end as getting to opposite end is very difficult as the shower panel does not move. On our first night, we hardly slept, as, I am sure a herd of elephants we staying in room above, all we heard was the floorboards creaking all night.. I complained in the morning, but nothing improved. The worst issue i had with this hotel was when i came to pay the bill. I noticed items from the minibar were added on, which we never used. Although this was corrected, my cousin from America had the same issue, so check you bills before paying, because, for me, one error is a mistake, but two errors, well you can make your own mind up. The only positive i can give a good rating to is the staff, the were very polite and professional. All i can recommend is look for another hotel, you can get better ones than this for the price you pay.

Stay here frequently for business but this time the room and service was not great . The room was very noisy on ground floor and was on a corridor that seemed to be used a lot by staff . I think the room must also have been near a kitchen area as there were strong cooking smells at various times during the evening and night . The water was not replenshied during my stay so I had to do that myself and the toiletries in the bathroom were also not re stocked

Check In was fantastic. We loved the hotel and would definitely return.

Pleasd with our stay. Friendly check in. Room small but comfy. Quality of breakfast was very good but they could do with a booking system so you dont have to wait for a table.
