Great location. Staff very friendly,helpful Found parking to be very expensive $37 a night. Room was comfortable however not very clean. Very dusty.

Have stayed there before. Did not know the onsite parking was not included now. All parking was valet only. And it was $37 a day. That is way higher than other hotels in Charleston. The beds made weird sounds when getting in & out of or moving. Air conditioning was very noisy. Onsite bistro was closed. Would have liked to have known that before booking. Overall we were not happy with this hotel this time and would not stay there again.

Our stay was pleasant. Like other hotels in this time, they are struggling to keep their head above water. Staff has been cut back, no restaurant available or housekeeping. However, the staff are doing their best to accommodate their guests needs. I would stay here again. Clean and very centrally located to tourist area. People very friendly and helpful.

This was the WORST possible experience. The AC in the room was so loud! I called the front desk and the phone just rang and rang. I then after NOT sleeping well at ALL. Got up showered and proceeded to check out. The gentleman at checkout said there's no manager on site and my best bet is to complain next week. THEN as if that wasn't enough, VALET is OVER priced and they made me unload and load my own car! HORRIBLE customer service!

No housekeeping, no breakfast. Of our three rooms, two had plumbing issues. One toilet overflowed twice, and the sink drained extremely slowly in another room. BUT everyone was courteous, pleasant and helpful.

Before I booked our stay at the Courtyard Charleston, I checked their website to see if we could stay with our ESA Registered dog. The website said "Service Dogs Welcome" so I booked the room for the two nights. Once we arrived, the manager would not let us stay because they do not accept ESA Registered dogs in this hotel.
