    Excellent hotel
Cheryl on the front desk made us very welcome from the very start. A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Highly recommended

    Good 6.0
    Good Value for Money
This is a nice hotel, but there was a knob missing from a control in the bathroom and when I pulled up the handle to the sink plug, it came off in my hand. It wasn’t attached to the plug. The hotel was good value for money though.

Terrible Place - find another hotel
Very tired, noisy and drab - really poor service from reception for check in and out. In the room hanger rails were rusty and the closet was full of paint flakes. General condition of the hotel is very poor - is overdue a refurb by around 20 years in my opinion.

    Poor 2.0
The most horrendous service I have ever received!!
There are not enough words in the world to tell you about how awful the customer service is at this hotel. The hotel itself is fine, unremarkable, I would have been ambivalent to the stay had I not been, and continue to be treated so despicably by many different members of staff. There was an issue at check in which was an error by the hotel, they accidentally charged my card for an additional few hundred dollars, that I did not owe and nor had I authorised. I was left stood in reception for around 2 hours and finally it was apparently refunded. My mistake was believing that they had refunded, as what has followed is a string of lies and frankly disgusting treatment ( for example I was copied in on an internal email chain by mistake - this email chain admitted that they were ignoring my emails) . I've had emails since claiming the refund has been made a few days later ( thus acknowledging the original lie) , but then proof to show it hasn't. Throughout all this, I would say I have requested that the general manager reach out to me, and he hasn't. I just have a couple of days of ignoring me, then a couple of emails of lies, and repeat. As it stands it is looking as though the hotel have actually stolen the money from me. I can not urge your enough to stay away from this absolutely despicable place. I will also add that I have never before written a review like this, I would always try to resolve issues privately, but this awful hotel are not allowing me to do that

    Poor 2.0
Atlantic City The Claridge Hotel terrible
i was really looking forward to Atlantic City and the Claridge but neither the area nor the hotel was anything like described online. the town is very run down and menacing with very few facilities. the hotel was dirty, noisy, run down, the service limited, facilities difficult to use, the rooms dark dingy and dirty, and i shall be making a formal complaint i cannot believe Raddison have inspected this hotel and there should be a realistic picture painted on the website.
