    day late$1 short.4am horror no linenstowels

    Disappointing this is one of my favorite locations. However on this stay of 2 days at my request housekeeping never showed up to put fresh linens on the bed or did they replenish towels and soap again i requested this service at the front desk 11am.also the t.v in suite had no service no problem is what front desk told me a request was submitted. Only to go out return literally 4am basically a whole day i left to return to a room no linens on the bed nor any towel and toiletries. I called front desk only to deal with a jack@$$ which not only was he rude i had to go down to get towels linens and toiletries. Yes at this point im highly pissed he is giving me attitude and no consideration. Very disappointing as like i said i myself stripped the bed placed linens outside housekeeping picks soiled lines and towels and never thinks to enter a now empty roo. Which by the way i request fresh supplies. Go figure. Never have i been so disappointed and i did shame the employee for his piss poor effort to correct a problem.

    Hotel overtone is very run down.

    Had to change room immediately after checking in. Heating unit was fully exposed and room smelled like horrible smoking damages. 2nd room heating unit was so loud, like a old car with no muffler! Remote controls did not work..even the replacements from the front desk was given to me nasty with food stains and I had to sanitize it...still didnt work!!!

    Find a dofferent location

    Upon arrival the entire staff vontinjed to sit at the tables and eat their lunch. I waited close to 5 minutes with them all staring at me and esting. No one said just a moment or anything. There were piles of mattress outside and inside. Qs of they were changing them out. The pool didnt upon until noon because of covid🙄 and special chemicals.... not worth the money. Our room was dirth, with holes in the ceiking and walls. Mirros were cracked. Floors dirty.

    Breakfast was awesome if nothing else

    To their credit they were doing some good changes like switching out mattresses. But they held 4x the amount of the rooms saying that was there policy 🙄 the money was all released after the stay but I’m pretty sure 4x the amount is not a thing. The room was not at all worth the amount we paid. Almost every time we left the building our key card had to be replaced in order to get back in the room (no, it wasn’t next to a phone)
