If you’re not a gambler, don’t stay here. There’s literally no where to even sit other than at a game table or slot machine. Everything costs additional fees. Reeks of cigarette smoke.

Uninspiring and outdated
Planet Hollywood is an under lit, dank, and uninspired property about 15y past due for a major renovation. I'm not even sure what the theme is - the only thing remotely Hollywood about the place are the fading photos of 1980's movie stars in their prime at their Cafe Hollywood(which made a decent breakfast). Doubt they've put a new picture up in 20 years! Room condition was average with finnicky electronic locks and old furnishings. No coffee pot, no water bottles, cheap soaps and shampoos. If you must stay, the location is good which makes it easy to get to the other casinos and attractions you'll want to actually spend time at.

Started off well but went downhill
We arrived early and got an early check-in (no xtra charge) for a newly renovated room. Location on Strip convenient but that’s all you can expect. Stayed 6 nights and absolutely no room service. No one came by to straighten the room or empty garbage even though it was repeatedly requested. See pic below of what was accumulated - we even did their job for them by ordering things neatly. Bathroom was DIRTY even though room was recently renovated. Shudder to think what an older room looks like. Absolutely no service at all - you know it’s bad when you check out and they don’t even ask you how your stay was. They just don’t want to hear or don’t want to deal with complaints. And before the machine leaves an AI chatbot response that this is an isolated incident- scroll down to look at other comments and you will find that DIRTINESS and NO HOUSEKEEPING is actually standard for the property. My recommendation is that you cancel and book elsewhere if that option is still available to you. Otherwise really lower your expectations.

Good, not great
Staff was respectful and polite. Room was never cleaned by hotel service for four days - disappointing. When I asked a worker for towels, they would only give me two clean towels even though I had three guests in the room. Pool was good looking, but I am not a fan of charging people for poolside seating (chairs). Good thing it was too cold to be at the pool. Overall, I loved the location and the casino. The shops and restaurants were a positive at this location as well.
