    Nice place🇺🇸
Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite which looked out over Las Vegas. Staff were friendly, pool was lovely but water and everything else on site is very expensive but there are shops locally where you can get essentials cheaper. We loved it and would definitely stay there again. It’s not directly on the strip but there is a free shuttle bus that takes you there from 10am-5pm every day.

    Not as expected
After staying at other Las Vegas hotels I was expecting this to be up to the same standard...unfortunately we were disappointed. The check in was difficult as we were told to return in 1 hour to get the room key, after about an hour and a half we were told in a rude manner that the room was not ready and we shouldn't be there yet. We waited in the casino and had some great service, although later in the day we got the same rude tone from a member of casino staff. The room was nice and clean and the housekeeping staff were great. We had an issue on the first night with the mattress and it had a delve in the middle making it very uncomfortable. This wasn't resolved the next day after speaking to reception. It was sorted by our third night at the hotel by a very helpful member of reception staff. Overall the stay wasn't bad but we won't be returning when there are much better hotels along the strip at a cheaper price.

    Staff who don't care
Indifferent and rude staff, that sums it up. Booked a run of house for 4 people to include two teenagers then told if we actually want a bed we have to pay for extra beds as only king available, wouldn't accept that and eventually was found a smoking room with two doubles as it was that or the street. First room stank of marijuana so asked to move. They wouldn't let us view the second room without agreeing to move and it was that room or nothing, nobody would just show us the room. The attitude from front staff stank as bad as the room. Asked next day at reception if kettles or coffee makers were available in the room, different receptionist replied "well can you see one?" "That's why I'm asking you.' Teenagers can't sit anywhere even near bar areas if not restaurant, we had to go up to our room. So many bars were shut on our visit so only ones in centre floor open. Don't bother, too many staff who don't care.
