A curates egg
Small room but very comfortable bed. Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Noise form underground trains is obtrusive despite the hotel providing ear plugs. Very convenient for Paddington Station.

Not a 4 Star
The room was OK but I would not classify it as a 4 Star Hotel

Would stay again
The entire hotel staff without exception were extremely helpful and nice. The room was updated, clean and fresh. I marked the room down because it was extremely small. While appreciating the earplugs that were put by the bed as there is a lot of street noise especially if the window is open, leaving the air conditioning on all night was noisy as well. With that said, the location and convenience to get to Heathrow is brilliant so I would definitely stay again. I cannot stress enough how this hotel is managed extremely well and it shows. The earplugs definitely show a response to a situation that cannot really be changed as an example.

Avoid if you want good service.
Dreadful. I arrived very late after missing the last train home. Having booked and paid through prior to my arrival, I had a confirmed room. As a single woman travelling, I want to ensure that I am safe. On arrival, the receptionist said they had no availability, denied my booking and treated me appallingly. It look a long time to get a room. The next morning I spoke to the manager who said I should email my issues to him. I sent the email and have had no response in the past 10 days. This is unacceptable on every level. Whilst the brand may be OK (I stayed in the Bristol Mercure the following night) this branch is not.

Small rooms, a bit expensive, better places very nearby. Functional and clean, however. Comfortable bed and my room was quite quiet for the location
