The check in process was simple and staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the room was a bit tired and the heating didn’t work. We were only in the hotel for 1 nignt so wasn’t too bad- however if this was a multiple night stay, I would be disappointed.

Well positioned hotel
Well positioned hotel in centre of London. Big shopping complex nearby is a must to visit. There's a big comfortable bed in the room as well as kettle and tea and coffee. Hotel is very quiet to sleep.

Good hotel, but location not my preference
A good hotel, has what you need. An okay gym and reception area. There is lots of space in reception for informal meetings. I thought the bar was very expensive - £11 for a glass of wine and then they added a service charge. There isn't much around unless you have a good walk out, and as area is quite dark and I didn't feel comfortable in the area by myself, I was stuck with hotel bar. Next time I will stay where there are bars and restaurants a safe walk away.
