Bit tired
Staff were very polite and helpful. Hotel is very tired and could do with a bit of tlc. Worn out carpets. Broken window sashes. Crumbling paintwork. But overall a very pleasant stay. Food good.

Nice older property in central Ryde.
Nice older hotel (on a steep hill) in the center of town. Too many stairs for my old knees. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff. Good bathroom. Good in-room coffee/tea service. Restaurants and bar on ground floor.

This hotel is a bit tired carpenters threadbare and wallpaper pealing but the service is good and the food is excellent and a nice selection of free coffee tea biscuit and hot chocolate in the room
