Ok…
The room overall was not bad. But check in was not on site. And the room we chose did not have an on-site bathroom or shower. This was not noted anywhere on the booking. It was located in the hallway. We had to upgrade our room and pay more to have a bathroom and shower.

Great location - easy access from Bart stop at Powell. Very easy access to cable cars. Wish check-in was at the property rather than having to go up the street to a different hotel. Our room had a kettle and instant coffee, but unfortunately no cups.

Room was quiet and clean and with decent furnishings.However, bathroom faucet was improperly installed so when it was turned on the force of the water caused it to go everywhere. Additionally there was nowhere to hang your clothes in your room.
