    Great staff, unfortunate circumstances.

    The hotel comped us a free night which is great, due to the jacuzzi in our room being broken and we had to change rooms. But the hot tub heater was also broken. A real bummer.

    Overall room was good but this time when i stayed, parts of the bathroom looked like Parts of it weren’t cleaned. Like there were hairs in the tub and on the edge of the tub. There were also blobs of something stuck to the wall in the tub area. The rubber bath mat was left in the bottom of the tub, so did they clean the tub at all?? Other then bathroom, rest of the room was spotless And very comfortable

    Staff was nice,very professional. Hot tub could use ,a toss in the garbage. Had rust brown streaks. Lot of drinking, getting drunk in hot tub then leaving as in driving. Adults got rowdy. On a weekday. Bag breakfast was horrible. A squished muffin, warm water and warm oj or juice. Coffee was left unchanged or attended to, once every couple days. There is NO extra cleaning be done it’s less. Housekeepers only came to work every other day. Real friendly front desk gals, the male was a bit unfocused. The clerks were also doing hours

    Good place to stay

    Quick, friendly check in. Clean, spacious room. Plenty of amenities. Beds were a little hard, but still ok. Pool was open and water was warm! Hot tub was good as well. Bagged breakfast was ok. Would stay here again if occasion allowed

    Average hotel, nice for quick trips

    I had a pretty good experience. The hotel was really clean and in a convenient location for shopping. Desk staff not the most welcoming, she had a cold affect and had minimal communication with me. I stopped by the desk a couple times (with questions/checkout) and there wasn’t anyone there, but were fairly quick when using the bell.

    Very nice, clean, safe, big room, plenty of parking. Only problem was with the small toilets, if you are under 5'6" no problem but if you are over that the toilets are to close to the floor I also had to bend my head down to shower because of the location of the shower head.
