All of the staff were extremely nice. Housekeeping wasn’t always there in the week we stayed so we had to get items from the front desk. I did not like we had to pay for parking daily, and the breakfast buffet was always cold. I also think vending machines would’ve been great. Overall, I liked the hotel. This is always my go-to hotel when staying in St. Paul. The hotel is always clean. The staff is friendly. They have a shuttle service if you’re going to concerts at Grand Casino Arena. It’s in a great location. The hotel is nice and quiet. The breakfast bar is always well stocked and has good food. I also enjoy that they have snack items for purchase at the front desk area. Overall, it’s my favorite hotel and I always enjoy my stay.
