Really liked this hotel, the staff were really kind and friendly and were super helpful. The room was clean and spacious and had all the amenities you would like and the location was perfect. My only slight niggle was that the pool was quite small and cold and there were no locker facilities so you just had to leave your clothes in a room which felt a little unsecure. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. On a sidenote, I would never fly from Brussels Charleroi Airport ever again. I would always get the Eurostar. The airport was difficult to get to and we had to wait in three separate queues for three hours to fly for one hour back to England.
