Arrived on the 5th and checked out the same day. Requested adjoining rooms and the door on one of the rooms would not open or close correctly, it would tear up the carpet when we tried to open or close it. The internet wasn’t working at all and the worst of it is that the rooms were FILTHY. Absolutely disgusting. The bedsheets in one of the rooms had dried blood on it. And when I spoke to the manager, his response was “I don’t know what to tell you, it’s not my problem”. Checked out the same day. Called Hotels.com and was told the front desk personally checked me out on the 8th at 9AM. Uh way wrong, I checked out the same day and I challenge any one of those employees to pull up the so called video of me checking out because at 9AM I was asleep in a DIFFERENT hotel

My overall experience wasn't pleasant due to unorganized issues that happened during my stay. I will say that the location to my destination was perfect and the overall room was great. The bed was very comfy as per they had great pillows as well. The only issue is that fire alarm went on during one night of my stay. The front desk was called to investigate what was going on but were told if was false alarms. To only be told later on ( 15min) that it was real and we needed to evacuate and leave. Once cleared we were allowed back into the facility. This all happening about 11pm during our sleeping hours. The next morning the alarms went off again with no notice. My rating is low due to the unorganized event as well as the next morning to be thrown off as well. The General management was contacted and was not very guest oriented. He made very poor explanations as to the event and then proceeded to assume ones credit-ability to the experience that took place at his location. overall the facility is nice but due to the poor guest treatment as per the general management my rating is low.
