Room was dirty with hair all over bathroom, rooms out dated. Front desk staff who checked us in was rude. I asked for something to be done for our anniversary and nothing was done. Don’t recommend, better off staying at somewhere close by.

Awesome location!
Amazing location in downtown providence. Well maintained facility and professional and friendly staff. We would return to this location again. Room was comfy and an amazing views of the state capitol from our room.

This hotel charged me an expensive fee on top of being charged for my night stay. When trying to dispute this fee, I was unable to reach the front desk by phone EVERY SINGLE time I called. This is unacceptable.
