From Great to Really Bad!
Here it goes. Stated check in time was 3pm. I got to the hotel at 11:30 am. We were told they could hold our luggage until we check in. Great of the young ladies at the desk asked for my details so she can get our room ready, I told her the room is for 4 people but only 3 of us made it. She said oh it has 2 I showed her my registration on Expedia that it was for 4 people. Ok, I will make the change. We went to have a bite to eat at a wonderful Chinese Restaurant on the premises and came back at 1:15. When I got back, several people were checking in. Mikaliah, the young lady at the desk saw us just sitting there for about 20 minutes, while people were being checked in. I got up to ask are they checking in now? She said yes, I can check to see if your room is ready before you check in. She then said You are booked for 2 people but I see 3 here. So what are you going to do? I said the room is booked for 4 people and their are 3 of us here. I showed her my booking and she said they will put a another bed in the room. I asked her if my room is an accessible room with a walk in shower as I can not lift my leg over a tub, she said I noticed that you asked for accessible room but they are for people with wheelchairs so no, and the step is not very big so you can manage. How can she tell me what I can manage and what I can't? Why didn't anyone from the hotel call me to ask about my needs instead of me explaining them to me and anyone else in ear shot? Not happy!

Has potential, just a few things letting it down
Trip was overall good for the 2 nights, just a few issues. Had a dodgy light, this was fixed when mentioned. Service really was upto scratch, definitely no issues there. Mattress was very uncomfortable, dips easily and you could end up sleeping at an angle. Pillows were good however. An iron hadn't been checked for a while and it had water left in when I went to use it which started leaking. Eventually gave up after soaking my shirt a little, luckily the hairdryer rectified it but had to go out with a few creases. Breakfast buffet is limited, sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs and beans were the only options when I went. No veggie sausages or other kinds of eggs from what I saw. Just bread, croissants and cereals available beyond that. Lastly, there was one very strange thing that happened, someone who looked relatively civilian opened our door while me and my partner were in our underwear, however when we mentioned it, it seems it may have been a member of staff who was supposed to go into the staff room which was located next to our room. Not entirely sure but a very bizarre experience to say the least. As I said, good but a few things limiting the experience from being great.

Worst 'family' room we have ever stayed in
This was the worst 'family' room we have ever stayed in. The rooms are very logically designed to be space saving with lots of nice little hacks but providing the worlds smallest sofa bed on the proviso for two children meant that no one got any good sleep last night. The worst part of all, they even cut the size of the quilt down obviously so it will fold into the bed when not in use but it is the least practical set up we have every come accross for a 'family' room. We slept fully dressed and had to use a towel as a blanket as we were so cold. Please rethink what you are providing. Simply putting a proper sized double duvet on this bed would have made a huge difference. As it is, we are grumpy and very very tired today.

One amazing hotel and service!!
Service was excellent, staff are kind and always happy. Got there early after having to leave my other hotel at 11 and had to walk 3 miles and they made the effort to get me a room asap so i could rest. Everywhere was clean, rooms were big and included an iron and hair dryer. Breakfast was nice although it was small and not much choice if your a fussy eater, breakfast included cereal, fruit or bacon, scrambled egg, baked beans, sausage or toast. I have never been to london and didn't know how to get a taxi (which is why i had to walk 3 miles from one hotel to the other) so i went down to the reception before check out and they ordered me a taxi! Cant fault this hotel or the hotel, loved it and loved the service! Thank you!!

It was good.
We booked for a family of 3. So one double bed and one sofa bed. When we went to our room the sofa bed was not made up and didn’t have a cover etc. We called down to reception and they said they would send someone up to sort it out. I don't know how long that was as we left 20 minutes later. When we returned the bed was made up but there was no pillow for our daughter. So my husband gave her one of his. To be fair those pillows were massive and I ended up just using 1 as well. But it would be nice if we didn’t have to call to make sure something which should have been done was sorted. Breakfast was good. Hash browns would have been nice. Take away cups for hot drinks as well would have been nice.
