Staff was very friendly! Rooms are small but great for the one night we stayed. The hotel is a bit off from where we wanted to be but it all worked out. I would recommend this place!
The stay was ok. The check in was a bit confusing as I recall selecting 2 beds on hotels.com but when I got to the room it was only one bed. I had to go all the way back to reception and they could only offer to put a foldable bed in the room. There was plenty of space but folding beds are not that comfortable.
Both Tim and his colleague on the day shift were VERY helpful instructing us on how to get around town. They called us a cab and allowed us to store a ton of our motorcycles gear while we spent the day in old town.
Very nice hotel close to train station. Very good stuff
Great location, staff were great, they were very nice to deal with, and the room we had was excellent. Loved it! Hope to come back again.
Good place for short stop in Cologne
Sehr freundliches Personal Frühstück extra für mich zubereitet. Gute Stimmung trotz Corona
Unfortunately my stay was not pleasant. There was a group at the hotel who stayed up very late, and the noise produced was very loud, despite I was in my room and the group at the bar (although they were shouting loudly on the stairs as well). I asked, over the internal phone, the reception to please ask the group to be less loud, and I was answered 'I do not know'. Silence came at 3:20 am. I wonder why the interests of all guests were not considered, but perhaps I was just very unlucky, or the architect who planned the hotel very low skilled in noise control. The morning receptionist apologised and offered to me breakfast as a token of apology (much appreciated). This was not a 100 EUR / night experience...
