Everything was a well experience, except for the parking fee and way to get in and out either to the hotel or leaving with vehicle. Big gatherings with loud noise in the breakfast and the waiting room area.

Nice hotel but need to fix its ventilation
Good location. Clean and new.Friendly staff. Spacious room. Only one thing is we can’t turn off ventilation, it’s very noisy. Can hardly sleep. We called front desk, the staff is friendly. We were told every room is the same with vent on. So it won’t help if we switch to another room.

Brand New-Perfect Location!
This place was great! It was BRAND NEW! I don't think it even has the sign on the building. It was super quiet and very nice. The beds were comfortable and the shower head was awesome!

Great new hotel by Vanderbilt
The hotel is brand new and so was very clean and in excellent condition. The front desk staff was courteous and explained everything we needed to know. Room was clean and smelled brand new! TV was huge and beds were comfortable. Nice little microwave and mini fridge station out of the way by the bathroom. Shower was heavenly! Location was great. Only minutes to Belmont and Vanderbilt and getting downtown was a breeze. You do have to pay to park your car but the garage is conveniently located underneath the hotel and gates are operated by your room key. I have zero complaints about our stay.

Great hotel in a terrible area
This hotel is in fantastic condition, like new. Extremely clean and the staff was great. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Kids loved the heated pool. So why a 2.5 star review? The area is horrible, homeless people and panhandlers everywhere. People living in their cars, we saw 2 homeless people literally fighting in the middle of the street. We could not leave the hotel to walk to the car without being asked for money.
