The major advantage of this hotel used to be that you could walk from the terminal to this property. No longer so. Because of the new terminal, one has to take a shuttle that loops the complete periphery of the airport. Nonetheless, it is a comfortable, clean hotel with helpful staff.

Jordan is a fabulous employee, very positive and consistently high energy across his whole late evening shift - he helped me check in at 1 AM and was delightful when I had to leave to catch my flight departing the lobby at 4:30 AM. He is a outstanding credit to the Hyatt team and I look forward to seeing him at the Hyatt next time I come back to Pittsburgh. The Hyatt late shift shuttle bus driver is amazing and rates as an 11 on a scale one to ten!
