The Clontarf was delightful from entry to exit. The overall hotel exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the castle and dinner at the Knights Bar. Service and menu were excellent. Our room was comfortable and very well appointed. The grounds were lovely and expertly maintained. Given the price for our room and the quality of the space, dining and property, we felt it was a great value.

Wonderful hotel, great dining and pub options. Lovely location just outside of Dublin with nearby wildlife viewing and lovely walks. Interesting historical site, battle of Clontarf history is fascinating. Staff was very helpful and took great care of us!

Great choice if you need to be near the airport or the sea. Historic building. Fahrenheit Restaurant is excellent for dinner (recommend to book B&B too, which is a good buffet style breafast served in the Fahrenheit restaurant)

An Elegant and Relaxing Getaway

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. Knights Bar is a great place to start your day with coffee and a scone and end the day with a cocktail and dinner. It's an easy walk to the bus stop to go into City Center or to St Anne's Park.
