Overall the hotel was Ok. Good enough. The area is industrial and secluded, which is not bad if you don’t like all pomp and circumstance that comes with staying in downtown SF. The hotel has a great parking lot, well lit and felt safe. I’d still advise to leave NOTHING in your car overnight. The hotel is geared towards families and short-term residence. It is equipped to serve as a home away from home, so for that reason, especially during covid, it s not the worst place to stay. Front desk was relatively helpful and friendly. My room and the overall hotel appeared to be clean, shout-out to housekeeping. Lackluster “bay-view”, but it was cute from certain angles in the room LOL. Misleading pictures though. I was under the impression that a oven came with the kitchen. I was wrong. I should’ve checked before buying frozen pizzas. Overall, this was a average,but solid, hotel. Like a Toyota Camry, you can’t go wrong but don’t be excited. Oh and parking should be free. This hotel is easily more expensive than the surrounding hotels just not as modern. But it has a “kitchen” so I get it.

Our 3 days 2 nights stay on this hotel is so disppointing. from the time we call for an early check-in, we are asking if we can since we have a baby. The man receptionist is rude, he didn’t accomodate us first because we’re not a member. There’s no consideration. Then we came to our room, we can’t watch any on the TV, we waited the next day to fix it. The Kitchen sink is clogged, the AC is noisy. We went out, and when we came back both cards is not working. Overall its not a good stay.. we thought we will have a good one, but not 😒

Stayed in an upgraded 2 bedroom suite! Best Comfy beds, super clean bathrooms . Kitchen was neat. Amazing view at pool n hot tub.
