Room that I reserved and booked was not available at time of check in requested a king smoking for my husband and me and had to get a 2 queen room since the king was not available even tho I reserved and booked online about a month prior to stay.

The room was updated and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and looked good, but everything I selected tasted bad. My fellow travelers agreed. Also the parking lot was solid ice.

It's quiet and very comfortable. My room had sliding glass doors where I could park right outside, which was very convenient. I was disappointed there was no Bible in the room. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

Bad: Toilet has a crack that leaked water all over when you sat on it. Good: Staff quickly got the room switched. Bad: The sofa bed said the linens were in the closet for our convenience, but there was no closet.

We have stayed there several times over the years using computer reservation services. I had 3 comfermations in advance from hotels.com but when we got to the counter I was told expedia had refused my credit card. I checked with my bank and the money had been taken out, not retutned for nonpayment and my credit card was fine. No one could find the confirmation number even tho the hotel clerk had it in front of him. Things did get strighted out after 45 minutes. It was upsetting to say the least and not what we were expecting after 12 hours on the road. Not sure who was responsible for the confusion. The rest of the stay went fine.
