The staff was not that helpful. They didn’t know where the liquor store was, they wouldn’t give any restaurant recommendations they wouldn’t allow you to get a cup of coffee before 7:00 am. Other than that they were adequate. The location is pretty good being close to dotinbori and the price was a good value.

Fantastic location! 1 block from metro line (Namba Station) and 2 blocks from shopping district with covered walkways - food stalls and shops in every direction. We had a family room with 4 beds (2 twins making a king, and 2 as bunk beds). Perfect size for the 4 of us! We did a small load of laundry that was very convenient on the 2nd floor (600 yen for wash/dry - took 2 hours total).
