We went at end of Oct so it was nice and quiet. The water park in the linked hotel was closed for the 2 days we were there But open every other which was a shame. Recommend the buffet, $22 and fab view, don’t waste time going elsewhere for breakfast. It had everything. Very nice easy enjoyable place to stay.

Amazing stay in a Fallsviwe room. Definitely worth the extra money - the view was spectacular! Great service with a smile, and right in the heart of it all. Plus less than a 5 minute walk to the Hornblower boat tour, also a must.

It was in an excellent location for the Falls & we had a Falls view which was awesome!!!! The staff were very friendly and everyone we spoke to were helpful. The car parking wasn’t the best. You did have to pay $35 per night that we did know about in advance but even after paying that you had a fair distance to walk with your luggage to your room and there was a walkway but you had to walk through Hard Rock Cafe & a casino which wasn’t ideal. Having said that it didn’t spoil our stay as the room was very spacious and comfortable

Anniversary trip
Lovely hotel, we were able to upgrade to a room with a view, the position was perfect enabling us to access the falls easily from both Canadian and American sides. The buffet breakfast offered a great selection and was very good as was the service we received, along with the quick checkout. Really enjoyed our stay.

The view is great but rest awful
We got down with our luggage at the car park and the guy standing their with the trolley refused to help us with the luggage saying we should check in first. After reaching lobby queuing up and checking in the guy at the check in desk gave us no information about the airport shuttle which came in the email a day later even though I asked about it when I got the email to say my stay was coming up. When we reached the room there were dirty towels left behind at the back of bathroom door. When we called guest services and the lady came she did not bother to apologise and didn’t seem surprised. There were no mugs to drink tea just disposable cups and glass tumblers, no kettle, only coffee maker, supplies for tea had to be called for. For the price - it seems if you have rooms with Niagara Falls view you don’t have to try much harder to earn the money. Anywhere else the hotel would have failed by now!

We had the most amazing views from our room, hotel was clean. But checking in and parking our car was stressful as the hotel was just soo busy, more staff needed during check in.Also lifts are very busy, you can find yourself waiting a while as they are just soo busy and full.
