Superb Hotel...you should visit!!
Really enjoyed our stay. Location excellent...metro on doorstep and very short and easy walk to all main attractions. Hotel gave map and gave tips and pointers e.g. if visiting Colossium and Forum etc...by multi ticket at entrance to Palatine...few people queing, visit hill and forum then go to colossium later in afternoon when ques dwindle - top tip and it worked...not many hotels would care!! Accommodation brilliant and clean, invited to cocktails on Monday evening as part of owners family meet and greet...you just could not beat it and Roberto when meeting us genuinly interested. Staff so helpful and friendly...could not do enough and many are loyal and been there for years...dedicated or what. Check in and out very efficient. Food and drink local and fresh!! Will definetly be back to Rome and this will be our first choice to stay...only reason our last night in Italy after tour when we return via Rome will not be here is hotel is full!! Speaks volumes...WILL be back that is for sure and surprised only 4.3/5

Dated, but cheap and very clean and friendly staff
Never going to win awards for the dated decor, but it was very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! Great location to get to everything.

This is an excellent hotel with easy access to the metro and Termini station. The attention, courtesy and helpfulness of the staff made you feel welcome and appreciated. We had a wine tasting evening during our stay and met Roberto one of the family members that own the hotel who made us feel very welcome. The quality of the hotel and the rooms is of a very high standard.

I'd stay there again - Friendly hotel.
I chose this hotel as I was travelling alone and the reviews said that this was a family run hotel and I thought this would be a positive and it was. Ran by a smallish team, all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. On my first night there were cocktails in the bar which was lovely and made me feel more comfortable. I had my purse stole whilst in Rome and the staff were extremely helpful in directing me to the police station. I ate in the restaurant a few times and the food was delicious. I had booked a single room but If I'm honest, I am not the smallest person in the world and would probably book a double next time - and there will be a next time!!

Convenient, clean, and great breakfast
This is a really good option if you want to stay near Termini. I arrived around midnight on Friday and walked from Termini (although the tube was still open and it is only one stop. This is what I would do next time - but if you are stuck walking is fine). It's also near some great cathedrals. I booked a single and got a large room and bed with a balcony, so I was very happy even though the TV had reception problems. Also the breakfast is great - lots of heathy options if you don't want to load up on carbs - (but plenty of that too). As a bonus, the breakfast staff didn't flinch when I asked for 3 Macchiatos at every breakfast - and they were good!
