Disappointing stay
The hotel staff were very friendly. We were given a classic room and discovered that the wash hand basin was severely cracked. We reported this immediately and were told a new one was on order,no offer of a room change despite the hotel being very quiet.We feel that as a 4 star hotel,guests should not be placed in a room that has a damaged hand basin.It was a disappointing stay.
