Easter getaway
Overall hotel stay pleasant. The smell of the swimming pool was strong as soon as you enter the hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool. Our family room did not have a microwave or fridge on our floor. Good public transport links to downtown Toronto. Friendly staff.

Exceptional 10.0
Great, classy and family friendly
Was in town for my daughter's Irish dance competition. The room was lovely, and the kids and I really enjoyed the pool. The restaurant looked lovely, if we had stayed longer, I would have loved to try it. We would definitely stay here again.

Good 6.0
Inconvenient stay
We booked this as a family trip and picked this hotel specifically for the waterslide, we checked in on Sunday and stayed till Tuesday and realized the slide was only in use during weekends so that was extremely disappointing.. A family member had a change in their plans and no longer needed double beds so at check in asked if they could pay extra for a king bed instead of 2 doubles, the front desk refused to let them upgrade because it was not what was originally booked online, she mentioned that king beds were available and the hotel was at half capacity but refused the upgrade. When my brother got to his room he found used fake eyelashes sitting on the base of the lamp sitting on the desk on the 5th floor. My husband and I checked into our room on the 2nd floor with a broken tv, front desk called maintenance immediately and after 20 mins gave us a new room. On day two in our new room we opened the door and a screw fell out of the lock causing the deadbolt to stick, front desk was called and maintenance fixed it immediately for us. There was no fridge or microwave in the rooms which was inconvenient, ice and pop machines were only on even numbered floors and most pop machines from floor 2-12 were empty. Hotel is far from everything, we called a cab to take us 15 mins into Toronto and it cost $50 I have never left a negative review in a hotel before but this hotel stay was maybe the worst we’ve ever experienced. We will not be booking here again unfortunately.

Great Hotel. Perfect for the kids (waterslide/pool/hottub). Only downside was that the beds were uncomfortable (too stiff).
