Wonderful Family Trip!
We have just returned from a 1 week long stay at the Turtle Beach in Barbados with 2 young kids and it was just amazing and the perfect holiday! The Room, Pool, Beach and in general the overall Facilities were really good and clean. The Hotel was super child friendly with the Kids Club (which my kids absolutely loved and kept wanting to go back to each day!) and special meal requests to accommodate the fussy eaters! The Staff were absolutely brilliant! Very friendly, welcoming and helpful - Nothing seemed to much for them! Big shout outs to Shodia for the personal service and check in's during our stay and building a rapport with my kids and personally coming to see us off at the end of our stay (all these small efforts made a huge difference!), Nicole at the eggs counter for feeding and getting the kids off to a good start and Sophia for her friendly morning hello's and cleaning of our rooms and of course all the ladies of the Kids Club! Would highly recommend and definitely come again!

Rooms were great , staff sure nice and friendly. Range of drink options was more than expected and the food was really well done. Serving cool towels and drinks at the beach was a nice touch. Nightly entertainment was very high quality singers and musicians. Not far is local bars and street food with karaoke and good times with the locals. Coffee shop was fantastic and also the ice cream shop was great. It’s an open and breezy area for dinner and it’s well staffed. Yes birds are there and you have to not leave food but you quickly get used to it. Italian restaurant was well worth booking. Barbados is a safe and friendly island and when you embrace that you will enjoy it more. Other reviews that complain are seemly from people who don’t understand that the Caribbean is not mainland US! I have stayed all over the world and would come back here for sure.

This is so overpriced for what you receive, the room I was assigned was very noisy due to poor condition of air conditioner (mini split), the room was dirty, room was in very poor condition, shabby and run down, outdated. The food was absolutely horrible, and the manager was horrible, manager set up a meeting with me and failed to show up, she called two days later, I deserve a refund
