Disappointing for the price we paid
Extremely overpriced for the condition of the property.. Not sure how its 3 star rated.. Only good thing was the helpful frontdesk staff and the nearby cafes and restaurants and stations. Rooms were cramped without even space to open a cabin sized suitcase without putting it on the bed.. The bathroom door didn't shut properly or lock.. A wet wipe swipe on the desk made it almost light brown with dirt.. Breakfast for €12 pp but no toaster, no stove.. Only a kettle and microwave to warm up milk or croissant...

A bit shabby
The hotel is very basic with cramped rooms and small bathrooms. The showers are particularly poor and the cleanliness and decor leave a lot to be desired. The manager on the front desk is excellent and friendly and helpful. Avoid the breakfast; it’s not worth it.

Property does not depict pictures ! Very run down…poor bathroom facilities… Wall paper coming off the wall Bathroom sink was crumbling off the wall! Shower not stable in bracket and no ventilation! Even though we told the staff, nothing was done! Breakfast served in the basement! No windows ! Real disappointment

The reviews that give this hotel a solid 3 are dead on. Let's start with the positives -- the location is excellent. Close to several metro lines, shopping, places to visit, and restaurants. There are probably 8 creperies on this street alone. The king bed we had in the main room was comfortable. Now the rest. I don't know where they got the pictures from but they do NOT represent the hotel itself. The pictures of the rooms were doctored or taken with a wide lens. In our room with the king bed, we had about 18" off the foot of the bed to the wall. The shower was literally 24" x 24". I am an average-sized woman and could not bend over to get the soap if I dropped it. There was only about 1 foot between my side of the bed and the very small desk. You could not work at this desk. We got a "family" room, which was a king bed room with an adjoining room with a foldout sofa. They opened the sofa for us and there was so little room that we had to take turns leaving the room(s). The fact that they list "soundproofing" as a feature is a total joke. Like another reader said, we heard everything from showers to blowdriers to the people in the lobby. The trash truck at 6:30 a.m. was very loud, as was the construction that started at 7 am. We were also awoken at 6 am by the dripping of the leak from our ceiling which (based on the previous tape job) was not a new thing. In short, this is a 3 star hotel with small rooms but a very nice location.
